What is your return policy?

Merchandise must be returned at your expense in order to receive credit. Full credit (minus original shipping charges) will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 30 days of your receipt of shipment. No item returns will be accepted after 30 days of your receipt of shipment. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged to Return orders over $50.

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

To return a damaged product, please return item to address listed below. We will contact you regarding your issues as quickly as possible. We will not accept damage returns after 10 days of your receipt of original sale. Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise, or replace the product upon your request.

How much does it cost to ship my order?

To ship anywhere in the United States, your first Karma Doll will cost $5.95 to ship, and $1 for each additional Karma in that order. 

Can you make custom Karma Dolls?

Custom Karmas can be made for Individual Corporations, Sports Teams, Special Events and more. Please Contact us for more information and to place an order.

Are there discounts for ordering large quantities?

Yes. Group discounts and wholesale pricing is available for large orders. Contact us for more information. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! We ship internationally using USPS First Class Mail. Simply add your products to your cart and Checkout. 

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 5-7 days for your order to ship. Also, please note that at this time, we are unable to provide a tracking number or delivery confirmation for your order.
