Merchandise must be returned at your expense in order to receive credit. Full credit (minus original shipping charges) will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 30 days of your receipt of shipment. No item returns will be accepted after 30 days of your receipt of shipment. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged to Return orders over $50.
To return a damaged product, please return item to address listed below. We will contact you regarding your issues as quickly as possible. We will not accept damage returns after 10 days of your receipt of original sale. Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise, or replace the product upon your request.
To ship anywhere in the United States, your first Karma Doll will cost $5.95 to ship, and $1 for each additional Karma in that order.
